**Sponsors at Silver level or higher must have completed their online registration (payment is not required by this deadline) by June 6, 2026 to have your company logo on the event flyer/poster. Sponsors can sign up after this date, but will not be guaranteed inclusion on the flyer/poster for the event.
Sponsors at Silver level or higher who would like to present CEUs, must notify the organizer by June 13, 2026. Time slots are limited and on a first come first serve basis.
All registrations should be completed online by July 22, 2026 to be guaranteed your company name is included in the event program.
Payment is due by August 11, 2025. All cancellations must be submitted by email. Booth fees are non-refundable.
