The Midwest Ability Summit is a resource for persons with disabilities, their families and/or caregivers, and healthcare professionals. In 2023, there were approximately 1000 attendees, 125 organizations, businesses and artists with disabilities exhibiting their products or services. Professionals were offered up to 6 FREE continuing education hours of clinical education. The Midwest Ability Summit attendees include all ages, all disabilities, their families/caregivers and professionals who work with individuals with disabilities.
We are looking for passionate volunteers to help with the Midwest Ability Summit! You will help with registration, sell T shirts, assist vendors with set up, give directions and assist participants where needed. We prefer that you volunteer for a period of at least 3-4 hours. We will provide those who need volunteer hours with proof of their hours worked.
Sponsors at Silver level or higher must have completed their online registration (payment is not required by this deadline) by May 31, 2024 to have your company logo on the event flyer/poster. Sponsors can sign up after this date, but will not be guaranteed inclusion on the flyer/poster for the event.
Sponsors at Silver level or higher who would like to present CEUs, must notify the organizer by June 7, 2024. Time slots are limited and on a first come first serve basis.
All registrations should be completed online by July 12, 2024 to be guaranteed your company name is included in the event program.
Payment is due by August 5, 2024. All cancellations must be submitted by email. Booth fees are non-refundable.
